Other than NX, is there any way you can get all 3 totems by the 21st?
76 with wolf underling, greed pendant, and 20% item drop increase
Go with a greed pendant and Easter egg buff.
I got 76 coins in one run with 75% item drop rate equips plus 30% drop rate skill plus a big spider familiar.
72 run every run (not including 4 coin bonus at the last portal).

I used the easter 2x drop thing and got 75 +/- coins on all of my runs.
Ended up with 990 coins on my last run and have to wait til tomorrow to recieve my first totem. </3
Wouldn't do any runs today, Its glitched, u get gypped 4 oda coins + 4 anniversary coins per run.
I got 72 with Greed Pendant and piggy familiar

Done 2 runs, got 61 with no drop buffs and got 68 with a big spider familiar
I got 66. Waiting till the 5th day and I'll buy passes
