Scarlet shoulder and tinkerer belt
Hi there, I recently purchased a black tinkerer belt for about 4b which was a decent price for me, I guess, and was wondering if the set effect would work with a scarlet shoulder since the shoulder is part of the joker set. Cause right now I have a 5 star tyrant warrior belt and if I did go for the scarlet shoulder and black tinkerer belt, it would provide a decent range boost if the set effect came into play I could sell my current shoulder, which is 21% str and use the mesos I get from that to cube the scarlet one. ^^

Which it can't be if you're going to use a Scarlet item such as a shoulder.

Scarlet items go with the highest level set they can fit in. If you have empress on (Gloves, etc) then no, it will not work because Tinkerer is level 100 (I think), it'll instead be put with the Empress set.
If you remove your empress (if you have any), then yes it will work.
