If you've done the RA quests the center portal garden is probably the most convenient place since you can access it from almost any town and almost immediately at that. It is 180+ however, so lower leveled mules won't be able to do it.

Lv.150+ mobs count if you're lv.150+ as well. I'm lv.208 and have been using Mp3 for all of them ^_^

I go to Dual Ghost Pirates, need 26 star force and I'm probably a bit lower level than you on my dual blade, but that spawn is amazing <3 also decent exp (12K per mob)

While I do Commerci I finish the Attendance
