How to use loadout as a Phantom
So I randomly found this out yesterday. If you steal a skill from someone, or you try stealing a skill you already have, it'll open loadout for you so you can change your skills and whatnot. Hope this helps!

@wassiem1998: yeah but when you're in pq or whatever you cant do this, or if you're in a boss map, and there are no adv's

u can go to FM
u can use it in the rooms but not FM entrance
