Blaze Wizard pdr for cra and vellum
So currently with fires of creation on I have 86% PDR and plus the +20% pdr passive on orbital. Is this enough pdr for vellum and other cra bosses? Should I take the 30% pdr leafre set or the 2/3% magic attack sets. My shield has 35% pdr and weapon 30% pdr. Should I recube for double boss on both and go for pdr on emblem? Never played a class that has a 2nd tier emblem

Since Emblem has no resell value I would suggest to utilize it as your source of PDR.
Superior gollux set + leafre codex + 2 lines PDR on emblem (60%+) along with the link skills/card effects is enough for all bosses, while factoring in the 30% from Fires of Creation and 20% from Orbital flame ofcourse.
