Aran 4th job advancement glitch?

So today, I got to level 120 from Gallos, and then I later went to Rien to get my 4th job advancement. After killing the Berserk Maha, I went back to Rien and when I talk to Maha, he says I can handle more abilities and all that, And then I accept it, but then he says:

I was going to give you the Maple Hero Skill Book, but I can't because you don't have a room in your Use window. Empty a slot, would you?

Yet I have 15 open Use slots. My friend says it because Maple Hero Skill Book doesn't exist anymore. Can anyone confirm this?

Hopefully they'll patch this on the 20th.
