I think with that range you should be fine, might not be the fastest and since your lower level be a little more careful, but overall you should be able to do it
If you plan to solo bosses, then I suggest you wait until you have Magic Mastery and Illusion maxed (Or close to it: around 25 SP in both) and have at least 15 to 20 SP in flame wheel.
With that said, I think it's better if you wait another 5 to 10 levels just so you have access to better 4th job skills. Unless you don't mind a challenge of course!
Inb4 Range complaints and trying to convince the TS to not even attempt any Zakum solos until their range is above 50K.
With a 23K range, you can definitely do it. You may brush close to the end-time, but you can make it, if you keep your screw-ups to a minimum. I think you're better off holding off on a Zakum solo until you're a slightly higher level, just because it'll give you a little more "breathing" room. At level 123, you won't have your best 1v1 skill maxed yet, so you should work on that!
If you don't mind my asking, what is your current 9th growth build? IOW, what 4th job skills have you added SP to so far?

i did it on my merc with a 20k range at lvl 140 o.o
Took me 20 minutes at level 120 with a 20k range.
On my evan of course.
I solod him at 112with a 41k range so I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be too hard for you
