I honestly doubt that the gloves reach up to 1B. They are badly scrolled to say the least, and the potential is not that amazing.
These are guesses, but I think this will give you somewhat of an idea.
Empress Glove: 500m - 800m.
Empress Overal: 800m - 1B.
Czhelm - 1.5B - 2B. (I am actually quite sure of this one).
Ele 6 - I honestly have no idea.
Magician shield: 500m (I have one that's around the same stats, but 8% int and 3 lined. Which I bought for 500m, which was fairly cheap I think).
Goggles: 1B - 1.5B.
VSS: Again, I have no idea. Perhaps MAX? Don't take my word on it.
Rose earring: 600M.
