Before I go attacking monsters for a few hours to look for a red rose spear. Is it a monster drop?

Pretty sure the Valentines red rose is dropped from monsters during the Valentines event - but it's been a while - Nexon might've screwed up somewhere.

It wasn't initially dropped from any mob as far as I can remember. I only remember it being obtainable through Gachapon and whoever that guy was that gave it. o.O
