Can some guitarist help me?
So..... I have learnt "Sweet Child O' Mine" 6 months ago and I am perfect at playing it at the moment and I learnt it the way slash played it "EXACTLY"(LITERALLY EXACTLY) but it does not have this "Sharp" sound, I made sure the strings were tuned and I made sure I am playing the song correctly but it still does not sound like how Slash played it and I knew that it was the amplifier's options that weren't correctly set to play the song nor the guitar's tone controller(The circular thing that can be turned to change the tone) or the pickup switch which was extremely obvious so my question is: Any idea what the correct settings are?
Note: My amplifier has the following: Bass, Treble, Middle, Gain, Volume, and some button that makes the voice change a lot XD.

There's more to sounding like him than just your amp settings and the tone knob on your guitar. Your guitar needs to have similar specs, you would have to buy some pedals (either the ones he uses or similar ones) and his amp. I don't know what gear you have but if you've tweaked the knobs enough and still can't get close to it, then you won't be able to get his "Sharp" sound with your current stuff. What guitar and amp do you have (and any aditional gear)?
