The website looks very messed up for me
For some reason, it looks like this:

I tried to clear my cache and cookies... Tried using Internet Explorer but it is no use at all, What should I do?

It's everyone. Youtube is looking weird too.
Mine was just like that. I just closed the tab and reopened it in another one. The refreshing wasn't working for me

Did you really need to try it to come up with that?
Sometimes it loads like that to me when my internet is going slow. Usually just a refresh fixes it.
