Has this ever happened to you?
I'll do my best to describe the sensation.
I feel as if my heart stops for a second and tries its best to catch up. Right after that I end up coughing.

This happened to me a lot. Took me months to figure out but I use to run on 5 hours of sleep all the time. Now I usually get 6 hours and i'm good to go
