I've always loved their flashy skills! Are they good bossers/mobbers/solos?

pretty much this.
to expand a little, training hero is probably the hardest part, his main mobbing skill RB without enrage has small attack window and low damage. His largest attack window skill, Rising rage, has long cast time and will diminish your dps. 1 target damage is rather obtain more easily than any other warriors due to enrage. Funding hero is easy compare to other hero, because Hero's skillset already add quite abit of damage already.
Currently the worst of the 3 warriors, but after the winter patch (probably), will become #1 again due to other warriors getting heavy nerf.
If you're looking for high damage ranges, then funding a Hero will break your heart.
If you're just looking for bossing damage, I guess they're decent enough to fund, if you look past the physical resist bosses. Perhaps not as good as Drks or Pallies, but still up there as far as all the classes go. Your main concern is the price of %str compared to other stats.
