Open up game>check to the left of the screen under events>scroll until you see cash shop transfer event.
Not that hard.
Or if really lazy go to the main website and check under the 10th anniversary information that they provided.
I wonder if that means it's going to start to become a monthly thing, then. I mean, I know it's an anniversary event, but we literally just had one at the beginning of April.
