So I saw this guy walk past me and I instantaneously thought of Justin Bieber because of his hair. This guy next to me shouted, "Justin Bieber!" I then said I should totally draw that and the Maple-Bieber told me to post it on Basil. So here it is! =D

Some scaling issues but other than that.. still not fantastic
zmonk I haven't seen anyone with this hair in brown. He was the first person I saw with that hair.
Not to mention MS characters can't look EXACTLY like celebs. Plus it's a drawing :O
