Is God just or merciful
I heard an interesting question and would like to hear what your thoughts is on this.
Question: "Is God just or merciful? He can't be both since having mercy is to suspend justice"
Often God, at least in the abrahamic faiths, is posed as both of these, but will this dilemma make anyone think?

You don't understand, do you?
Pastor talking to a non-believer? The non-believer scoffs at the idea. It won't affect them to think such curious topics.
It's not enough evidence for the non-believer, therefore, this isn't the besy idea.
