So I'm speeding thru the 70s @ jesters spamming wind walk and arrow rain, and I got that messsage twice around from 71~75, QQ, what do?

It's the "autoban" system being too overzealous. Most people say if you lag when attacking it'll think you're hacking and disconnect you.
As long as it says "You've been DISCONNECTED for the blah blah...", you're ok. It's just a "warning" and you can log right back in with no problem.
If it says "You've been BLOCKED for the blah blah..." it means it really thinks you were hacking and you're banned for a while.
Most people just get the disconnected message.
