How to get back into the game?
I'm coming back to this tedious boring game for no reason but anyways, I've decided to play the "Kaiser" class.
My account has about 2.1b pure mesos on it.
What's my best plan for getting on my feet?

Buy a shirt and pants first. Then work on your kaiser
Well %DEX seems rather expensive atm...
but I do like my share of magical girls.

Is that affordable with my budget?
well if you are going 200 then go empress or tyrant equips with %str.
Any specifications on what gear to get? Like should I opt for normal equips with X% STR or get these new Tempest Set equips?
