How do I finish this sword? Returning player
I came back to the game last week so I'm still not informed about how to scroll good items. So how would I finish this in the cheapest way possible?

I bought the sword with 3 20%s already applied and 4 slots left. I landed 3 20%s and failed 1 20% yeah.
Be wary of cubes. They lie to you.
