They used to drop. Sold a couple not too long ago for quite a bit f2

And I'm pretty sure they don't drop anymore?
Interesting. It's like that level 110 armour (lumi rod for all jobs) that drops at golems.
I think it's just a placeholder for the fact that monsters drop most regular equips around their level now.

I tried it on a lvl 10 xenon for 30 minutes

or it's a lvl 10 hat/top/bottom/overall/shoe/etc that wasn't put in the codex correctly, but would drop as that equip
People have been trying to sell them too.
