I just sold a clean tyrant belt for 6b so a 3l unique one could be around 8-9b from what I've seen. While your neb and 2b = around 7.5b

but i mean i dont really need a % bossing neb yet since i havent even started potting my items..

Hard to decide. Seeing how Tyrants are relatively cheap atm, but marvel is gone tomorrow morning....
