What class is able to keep your attention?
Just as the title says, What class is able to keep you entertained and why? I'm thinking of playing again and find that I get bored of certain classes too quickly 😫

Aran, Hayato, Kaiser, Shadower, Dual Blade, these are my favorites and I've mained all in my Maple "Career", all have ups and downs, but they're really fun, either they're super fast or they're really strong.
Still searching for that class. *o*"
wild hunters and wind archers were pretty fun ngl.
I made my Aran ever since they came out, what kept me playing this class until I quit was its uniqueness. It was the most unique and fun class at the time of release. I loved the concept of maintaining combos which in turn added to your damage. Not to mention arans have the best looking mount in the game, in my opinion. Also you had to do key combinations in order to perform certain skills unlike explorers at the time who only spammed or held down a single key most of the time. You don't see many Arans today but I'm sure that'll change when the class is finally revamped soon. Other classes I like are zero and hayato because of their high mobility and uniqueness.
Shads because they can never bore you with monotone skills. The playstyle is so rich considering their unique interaction with mesos during the fight. And of course I care alot for Marksmen, because their skills look more "bow-and-arrow"ish than any other bowman class in the game (yes, alot more than Bowmasters), and I just love bows so much.
mine are heroes shads nls and corsair
Aran, Zero, Hayato, Shad. Why? idk I don't really look that deep into it lol.
phantom cause when u get bored of some skills u can just steal other ones
kek bias tho
zero, every other class is so boring lol
Personally, I play classes that I get enjoyment from. I've mained my Kinesis for 3 months, and haven't regretted my choices once. Kinesis is really enjoyable for some reason.. Flinging monsters into the sky.. Throwing trains.. I don't know what really appeals to me about Kinesis, but I haven't had the heart to stop playing it.
Other classes that I enjoyed playing are Xenon, DB, Luminous, and Evan (Considering that I actually spent time getting them 100+ because I am very slow at leveling... 3 months to get to Lv182 on my Kinesis)
It really depends on your personal opinion, but I feel like stepping out of your comfort zone is a good thing. I haven't been able to touch warriors for the longest time... Until recently.. When I made my DrK. Making a DrK really helped me see warriors in a different way, and I can appreciate the difference between them and mages/thieves.
I can't help but notice your battle mage is holding a wand.
Phantoms are master theif, but can only steal explorers
L>buff
Mercedes, up until they changed spikes by putting in a cooldown and changing the way the skill moved you in air.
Something about the new playstyle I just can't get into. Since then, I've just been class hopping non stop lol.
I/L is pretty balanced though, so I may go with that.
Mercedes.
I would've continued playing my Battle Mage if they hadn't "revamped" the class, though.
Hayato. I love having lots of skills and using them in creative ways. The mobility is awesome too. This class is enjoyable everywhere I go - even when I'm bossing, questing, grinding, traveling, waiting for my guild in RA, anything - Hayato makes everything fun!
Mechanics because freakin' gigantic missiles and guns. But it would be even better with siege mode (5th job, pls?)
I'm a sucker for a) beautiful skill animations and b) lots of skills so I've played Phantom and Lumi casually in the past, currently switching my main to a Dawn Warrior, and tempted to enlist Mercedes as my side ho
math class
Of all the classes I have, I've grown to respect most of them. Never will I say a #1 in anything honestly; this would imply that one (class in this subject) thing would be perfect for me in every way... nothing is perfect really.
Buuut if there's no harm in naming several of my personal favorites in any order than it had to be these:
Dawn Warrior - The idea of using Moon and Sun reminds me of old Japanese style swordplay, and I LOVE seeing old samurai/ronin swordplay in action. Although preferably I rather learn the history and folklore of Japan as a whole, but that's getting a little off topic~!
Kanna - Already mentioned it with Dawn, basically the same reason~!
Jett/Zen - I wanted to mention one and the other, but honestly they both are equal to me. Zen's thematic were very stylish, heavy on red or a blaze of glory as I like to put it. Jett's case is the soothing purple/blue tint with the heavy theme of space, or more accurately Neo Space! And I LOVE LOVE Astrology! Shame my school never taught it...
Vert - Because her theme "Greedy Green" is pure "!" in my ears~!... What? That's not related?... Just go along with it!
FP probably cause of the poison mist and the mist eruption.
I like all the different skill chaining combinations Hayato can do. Mercedes and Zero too, maybe.
It depends on what you like.
F/P, Cannoneer, and Paladin are all consistently fun for me.
angelic buster. hilarious story actually, hahahahahhhaha, i made a poll way back when they were first created (only 90s kids would remember) and i asked if she is worth it and everyone (100%) said yes

@helpingly: Yeah I've played Maple in the past for a lot of years and have played a lot of the classes (atleast tried). The class I played the longest was probably my BM but I think I'm thinking of making a change. I did actually enjoy Evans for a while with their dragons and slightly different class system.. hmmm decisions
I/L are imo very balanced, love 'em. Other ones i'd consider are Shade, Cannonneer, WH, Luminous. No specific order.
Well Aran and Evan are getting revamped so you might get to liking those.
I main a bucc and find it quite enjoyable. What I like particularly enjoyable is that you asked "what class keeps you entertained". As @wall said, I think that is the most important aspect when it comes to choosing a class. There is no point in maining a class just because it is strong.
What classes have you tried and what type of classes have you found the most enjoyable?
