You probably won't be going to LHC until you're in your mid 130s. The first thing you want to do at level 120 is get 1 shadow shifter, 1 venom, and 1 boomerang step.
I don't recommend getting assassinate until later on, only get it if you're going to pap(i've heard that pap is glitched). You want to focus on raising boomerang step the most. @level 15 you get 3hit, @level30 you get 4hit. So at level 121-130 you can decide to get 1 assassinate or 1 smokescreen. If you get both then you'll get maxed boomerang step at level 131. Once you get maxed boomerang step and you have the smokescreen or the assassinate that you wanted you can pump your stats into meso mastery. Once you max meso mastery you can go into raising shadow shifter and some maple warrior. When you get shadow shifter to 10 you should probably get 1 taunt for fun. (Taunt doesn't work at LHC). And also, shadow shifter has priority over MW because at LHC you will find a lot of people with high MW.
