The Broken Speed Cap

So, while I was playing around with my Bucc and I responded to one thread about Speed cap and I was enlightened by @SobraManx about the wonders of the MPE Potion. Which led me to this conversation.

Once you break speed cap with it, you can stack other sources of speed. I tested this on my Buccaneer, used real SI that does increase speed by +2 along with MPE potion and AYA. I was wondering if anyone has done this before and has stacked even more sources of speed to see how fast you can truly go? If there's a limit to how far you can break the speed cap limit lol? Pretty giddy now that I've found this out.

kaiser cannot go beyond fast(5)+4att speed aka normal(6) +5 att speed on giga, they stopped it at that point because there was this glitch on release where there was no delay on the att so u could literally hold down giga and do 10k lines and dish out 50m in 1 second

@d34thr4y99: That's the thing, I'm not sure how far the cap is for a Kaiser or how much of an effect there is if you stack that much +speed after you break the original cap seed.

@Rianael:
yea but the skills will reach a cap, it's cuts off in benefits on some jobs earlier, i know about this already, if u were to try and fund an aran end game they can go on for a while because their delay on some attacks are much larger and will affect it further, but having +10 speed on something like a kaiser with a fast wep is nothing when they can easily cap off their giga speed using fast wep and just +4 att speed from their own buffs, that's what im talking about, having +10 is no different to +4 where it goes to a max delay, they put these here so it doesn't make it such that u throw a million lines a second
TL;DR, it only helps for larger ammounts when your delays are large

@d34thr4y99: You do realize when you drop the delay time between attacks in a party who already have a great amount of DPS and funding, you increase the damage they do overtime right? Maybe you don't go bossing a lot but getting in two more attacks in at cRA bosses is a big deal. Getting more hits on Hell Gollux, Empress or cPB is a big deal. You usually go with a party in these boss runs and now factoring in Speed, you can take down bosses faster or gain the extra amount of DPS/DPM to beat bosses.

@Rianael:
u do realise it's useless right?, all attacks have a min delay, the only beneficial character would be aran where delays are massive
arans also can wear fast polearms <3

This is common knowledge for some...

Given that the delay reduction of Weapon speed is known to be calculated by the following:
=(ROUNDDOWN(((((WeaponSpeed+10)/16)*"SkillDelay@Normal(6)WeaponSpeed" )/30),0)*30)+30

The limit would probably be defined by ((WeaponSpeed+10)/16), which means you can probably go as low as -9 theoretically?

I know that Kaiser can reach what most people like to call

Fastestest (0) - AKA "The Fastest of the fastest"
I have to wonder if thats possible for ANY class with a fast (5) weapon, or some other kind of thing raising their weapon to a certain speed.

./imagines Gungnir at 0-speed. THE OPNESS, IT CANNOT BE STOPPED!
