class recommendation for returning player?
gonna start playing Maplestory again after 3 years. I've been playing since 2007 though but ALOT of new stuff has happened so I'm pretty sure it's going to basically be a new game for me. Recommend any new classes?

Play in Reboot if you are just starting to get back to things and don't really want commitment. Otherwise, join a very populated world, find friends to help give you stuff, etc.
TBH it really doesn't matter what class you play. In Reboot you can play anything you like, since you have to do everything yourself, but if you want to play in a normal server I suggest a class like Dark Knight or DA since they are relatively easy to fund and can be pretty fun classes.
it's not the class you play, it's the money you pay.
Nope. There are a few classes that are noticeably worse than the rest, but the game is so easy even those classes don't have a particularly difficult time accomplishing about 99% of the game's content.
Not to mention the game is also so easy that you can probably make as many classes as you want in a reasonable amount of time so long as you have the character slots for it.
Reboot Server with any explorer classes for a start. Dark Knight is a solid choice to get started in the Reboot server.
