2 Perma Ring mules o.o?

so I was browsing my other accounts check to see if I had any Nx left To my supprise I checked my Blaze Wizard and on there it had a lovely Mapler Ring. I was like sweet I can get 1.8x. I checked the ring and found that the date was Available until 3/1/2011. Now if I am correct that translates too 3rd January 2011 Which has been and gone. So does that mean I got a Perma ring mule? Also How much do Ring mules service sell for in EMS? The other was on my Aran with the current account I am using
