Black Cipher
I'm having problems with maplestory, every 3-5 seconds it lags for a split second and constantly does this. I opened up the task manager and decided to end Black Cipher's process and I didn't get disconnected lol. Is this normal? I can still play without it being there.

I think my luck has run out It randomly stopped for a week when I used to play, this being years ago.

I just installed this game yesterday after having quit 3 years ago just to check it out.
Ending process on Black Cipher may get you banned.

Well, this lag is another reason not to come back to maple.
well black ciphr is part of ms running files, like HShield
ending the process while in game may get you banned, or may not
