@Joyce3: Yeah they shouldn't have banned so many. Maybe if all the people trying to get into live chat are on basil, you guys can work out a system. Go in small groups, instead of all at once, so you have less disconnects and redirects. Doubtful the community can cooperate that well together though, sadly lol.

Anyone else having the issue where when you hit the button it redirects you to the "My tickets" page? I haven't gotten an option to select which category to go to and I've been trying for 30 minutes.

I found the issue. If you select 'ban appeals' it automatically ends the chat. I selected 'other' and it put me in a queue.

Freaking lazy arse nexon not wanting to fix their own plethora of wrongful bans...
