Bernie Sanders Almost Ruined My Date

This black qt and I were chilling in Prospect Park listening to some Jazz. We were pretty drunk btw.

We were having small talk and I was telling her about how I had jury duty back in June. She was like, "You're registered to vote?" And I was like, "Nah they got me off the driver's license." Then I asked her if she was, and she said no. I was like, "You better get on that -- gotta vote for Trump."

She made a face and I was like, "Oh, don't tell me you're more of a Hillary girl." She was like, "Actually, I'm more of a Bernie Sanders girl."

I said, "Alright. If I were a democrat, I'd go for him, but Donald Trump is the man." She was like, "Are you serious?" I was like, "Definitely." She laughed and was like, "Alright let's just listen to this music."

But luckily Bernie Sanders didn't ruin the whole date (like he would ruin the whole country if he were elected). We kept listening to the musicians for a bit while talking, then took a long walk to a farther train station, then made plans for her to come to my part of Brooklyn before I head back to school in 10 days.

She's great. If only she didn't go to school in Canada...
