DAs damage range calculated properly?
Is the DA damane range shown in the skill window the correct one?
Because I had a %HP gear which showed me +XYZ attack before equipping it, but after equipping it, my range went down y about ~50 in the skill window.
So how do you actually calculate a DAs range?

There's also the Meister Ring. The 2 set bonus gives an extra 10% HP. 3 set is an added 40att/m.att.

Yeah, that stats are calculated accurately. Your attack depends on Max HP and the % of HP you have left combined. Since you'd be at like 95% HP instead of your normal 100% after you equip the item your ability goes down until you heal to 100% again.
As for endgame, try your best at finding an Empress Desperado. Before you do that though, look into finding bits and parts of sets that give HP bonuses like the new pinnacle/tempest recolor set. At level 110, my range is about ~9k with buffs. About 35% HP on my equips and clean 110 desperado.
Any idea for an endgame weapon? Possibly something I could find myself, as Im unfunded
I don't. I just wear % hp equips and use every HP buff skill that I have to increase my damage.
