School dance help xgf
My xgf just asked me to the dance. I still like her a little, but its awkward to be around her. She just asked me to go, but I'm probably busy that weekend(usually have things on the weekend). I tried to call my parents, but they are at band practice and can't answer the phone. The fb conversation went something like this (we skype and fb at the same time because we are weird like that). I couldn't call her because she dropped her cell phone in the main office. I don't want to walk 10 miles to her house either. :

As a music enthusiast I try to avoid going to dances. I only go to parties and I have to tell them what music to play.
And my gf can't dance fo shoop. Neither do I. We never dance.

I can kinda tell. But it was for a different reason, which after that time passes, we plan to get back together
The whole lets be friends thing doesnt work. Im sorry, its harsh, im usually all sunshine but seriously, don't hang with your Ex. I was best friends with a girl my entire school life, kindergarten to 12. We dated starting grade 10, broke up a year after grad. It's awkward and puts everyone on edge. I have always tried and never succeeded in maintaining a friendship post dating. Take it from experience, don't go with her. Sorry....
