Dual Blade Revamp equips
So, ive just come back to ms and want a restart and to my suprise the dual blade revamp was soon, so i decided to finally make a db. I have about 1.3bil to spend on the equips to start. I was wondering what you guys think i should get with that money? i already have 11 atk wg 4% shoes and 3% luk cape. Thank you all for your opinions and your help.

Don't fund it until past 120. Level up to 120 and get all the free gear (Hot-time Helm, Mask and books).
Go full empress gear-> which you should be able to afford most of.
