10-30 golem/job quest, they are pretty fast either way
30~35 tot
35-46 gold beach
46-50 tot
if off 2x, 50-56 riena 56-70 drakes
if on 2x, 50-70 drakes
70-100 RNJ ( if youre in rene and PQ hall is always empty, go and do sahel 2)
100-120 zak, remember to use rune before entry, and make sure youre strong enough to kill 8 hands within rune time, use some buffs if you have to
during server 2x, if also using a rune/event 1.5x coupon, 2 zakum run ~= lv120
if your exp multiplier isnt high enough to bring you up to 120 in 2 runs, just leave that character and go back do 2 more zak the next day

Basic training guide:
-Starting from level 1-10, you pretty much just job advance as usual.
-Once you're level 10, you can go to Golem Temple in Henesys in which you can level there until 25-30.
-Once you're level 25-30, you can move to Gold Beach. I would start on the left side map with the coconuts and work my way up to Shockwave Beach 1. I would stay here until around maybe level 50-55 or so.
-Starting at level 50, you can go LudiPQ. PQs are now all gathered in one place available by the Dimension Door in most towns. I would Ludi PQ until level 50. [If you do not wish to PQ the whole way, you can go to drakes at around level 55-60 and work your way to 70]
-Once you are 70, I would do Romeo and Juliet PQ and stop and grind at the stage with the Roids. This stage is the best for exp even grinding outside of PQ best optimized with a Phantom/Priest with HS and a Kanna for Kishin. Other Alternatives are Sahel 2 in Ariant. You can stay grinding in this PQ until 140-150, it's pretty much the fastest way to level IMO, unless you wanna try to grind in some maps in Magatia which is a bit slower.
-Once you hit 140 you can do a party for Dimension Invasion PQ if you can't solo it yourself, you can pretty much do your daily 10 PQs and then go grind at Mysterious Path 3 in Singapore. Once you reach 165, you can now enter Stronghold. Note:Honestly, I really don't recommend it unless you have friends to leech off of or unless you can do 1-3 hits. Otherwise, the exp isn't as great and you're better off doing your daily DIPQs. You can pretty much farm the gloves in DIPQ and sell in a shop for a couple mil apiece, I'm not sure where the price stands right now.

You can do 120 in a day if you have a good mobbing class or pocket Kanna. I just did 1-126 on a mechanic today for another crit ring.

1-10 - starting quests
I do 10-50 old NLC style still.. It's convenient to just stay one place, and I'm too lazy to go all over. Zombies, scarecrows, then jesters.
50-70 drakes
70-120 - R&J if you get in a group with a Kanna/happen to come across a channel with a good spawn.
or
70-100 - sandrats and roids
100-120 - Normal zak/MPE

My preferred training spots:
10-30: Golems
30-43/45: Gold Beach
43/45-67/70: Drakes
70-79: R&J or Sahel 2 (I personally prefer the latter if you have your own HS/Kanna mules)
79-120: R&J PQ. I train my link mules with a 16x Phantom mule and a 200 Kanna mule, so I usually just use those two plus a filler for solo exp.

You can definitely go with others for R&J PQ, but the exp becomes a LOT slower. (It's still decent though!)

The levels are dependent on how strong your character is at that point?
