In your opinion, what is the strongest archer class. Which one do you think levels fastest?

Strongest as in what looks the best is always the answer. That would be bowmaster or wind archer.
Marksman has the highest %dmg (i.e. they hit high #'s with lower funds).
Wild Hunter's have the highest DPS.
