Splash screen does not appear at all
When I try to launch MapleStory, via GameLauncher or by website, the splash screen does not appear.
The process is there if I check in task manager but nothing happens, regardless of how long I wait.
Anybody know any way to fix this?

yes but the same thing occurs.
Did you end the process and reopen the game?
