Artifact hunt event
What level do the monsters have to be to drop the artifacts? Do they have to be around your level or any level? Im lvl 125 and they dont seem to drop from dual ghost pirates which are level 114.

I have 48 coins right now and it doesnt seem like i will reach 85 in time before the event..
