Thank you guys, I appreciate the responses.
The Nexon Terms of Use specifically prohibit selling NX.
Even though there are tradable NX ITEMS now, it's still against the rules to trade or sell NX CASH itself.
Selling nx item from cash surpise box is legal selling any thing else is illegal
