Trading the Perma-Pendant slot?
So I saw that you can trade the in-game text says I can trade this slot via Platinum Scissors of Karma. What's this all about? I'd like my Gunslinger to have my Phantom's slot if possible. Thanks for any responses in advance!

OH, thank you, that explains the screen shot.
The scissors comment would be for the pendant equipped, not the slot.
