On Windia SE Nebs are only 1.5b, and afaik it's basically the same in Bera...

I was told the fact the SE neb is on a 10 attack glove it lowers the value, since I would assume most people would want to attach it to a higher level glove

Absolute rings are 500m and hearts are around 500-700m but hard to sell. If i were you i would ask him for pure mesos as selling that heart could be a pain.
