Hate training on jesters
Hey, I am a level 62 DS, and just dont like training on jesters. Where else can I go? Sand Rats? I like doing quests better that grinding even if slower experience, so I will take those recommendations also.

so at 62~66 if you do 2 ludi quests you level up each time. So at 66, you should try at jesters again because you have better range.
Chryse quest line if you haven't done it, although it's quite tedious.
maybe the korean folk town quests?
i'm not sure because i havent been there for a while
you could try roids and neo huroids but you don't like grinding
