V.152 Revamped Jett Skill Build

So I have yet to see a detailed thread for the skill build of the V.152 revamped Jett. Thus, I've decided to expand on what I had posted in a comment.
Here is my 2 cents as for what should and should not be maxed, and my reason behind it.

I will not be listing what each and every skill do since you can read that on the patch note as well as in-game. However, do note that a few of the skills are missing information such as cooldown times.

FIRST job :
Starline One: 20 (MAXED)
Blaster Barrage: 10 (MAXED)
Space Walk: 5 (MAXED)
Vortex Jump: 5 (MAXED)
Seasoned Hunter: 10 (MAXED)
Galactic Might: 15 (MAXED)

Explanation: Enough SP for everything.

SECOND job :
Starline Two: 20 (MAXED)
Stellar Impact: 10 (MAXED) or 9
Vortex Cross: 9 or 10 (MAXED)
Bounty Chaser: 20 (MAXED)
Volt Barrage: 5 (MAXED)
Gun Mastery: 15 (MAXED)
Cosmic Shield: 15 (MAXED)

Explanation: Lack 1 SP to max everything. Therefore, choose between Vortex Cross or Stellar Impact.
Personally I left Vortex Cross at lvl 9 since in 3rd job the passive upgrades the skill. Only 1 SP is needed in Vortex Cross for the sake of activating it. Max Vortex Cross if the extra bit of damage helps while grinding during second job.

THIRD job :
Starline Three: 20 (MAXED)
Falling Stars:14
Turret Deployment: 10 (MAXED)
Cosmic Upheaval: 10 (MAXED)
Slipstream Suit: 20 (MAXED)
Spacial Shift:10 (MAXED)
Blaster Overdrive: 20 (MAXED)
Clairvoyant: 20 (MAXED)

Explanation: Lack 6 SP to max everything. Leave Falling Star at lvl 14 since it is quite lackluster.
FORTH job :
Everything will be maxed eventually with lots of leftover SP.

The order of which you max the skills is ultimately up to you, but here is what I felt was the best way for my playstyle hopefully it will suit yours as well:

- 1 SP in everything to try out all the skills and what not.

- Max Planet Blaster (10 SP)
*Although it is not stated in the description there is a cooldown. At max level it is 5 sec.
*The # of hits increase from 2 to 3 as well.

- Invincibility, Giga Blaster, and High Gravity should be next. The order is up to your preference. 20 SP for each.
> Giga Blaster (Passive): higher mastery (more consistent hits), and bigger crit damage.
> High Gravity (Buff): 50% stance, 20% crit rate, and 20% boss dmg as passive.
> Invincibility (Passive): more HP, Defence, and Resistance. (11% damage is there regardless of level)
*I'm a big fan of not getting knocked back so I went with High Gravity > Giga Blaster > Invincibility

- Lastly, only the Actives are left, that is honestly up to your preference.

My apologies for the formatting, grammatical errors if there is any. I will try to make this cleaner and add more information as I find them.
Other than that, this concludes the guide. Thanks for reading, and feel free to ask any questions you have and/or point out any mistakes.

I maxed Backup Beatdown before Planet Buster since that 5 second cooldown makes it garbage. It's better to use Backup Beatdown even if the holddown is weak. The final attack of it is strong too but I rarely rely on it, especially in Evo since while holding it, I rarely get knocked back until the final attack activates and that delay is slow. I have been leveling just fine with using Backup Beatdown in Evo that I get about 2 or 3 levels per Evo run at 150ish on 1x and I don't consider myself funded on it since I don't plan on maining it; just getting it to 200.

I expected "Vortex vs Stellar" and "Falling Star vs Cosmic" to be controversial.
Let's start by clearing up that at level 1 all four of these skills are at their prime, and provides all the utility they have to offer. Adding more points into any of these skills only adds more damage%. Thus, it makes almost no difference which one you eventually go with.

With that being said, I will clear up why I personally chose Stellar over Vortex and Cosmic over Falling Star.

Vortex Cross Vs. Stellar Impact
The reason Stellar gets the last SP is due to the fact that as soon as you reach 3rd job and have 1 SP in Spacial Shift, any SP you have in Vortex does not matter aside from the first one. From that point on, Vortex is simply on your keybind to activate Spacial Shift, of which does more damage at lvl 1 compare to lvl 10 Vortex, as well as doing 2 hits instead of 1.

Falling Star Vs. Cosmic Upheaval
Both of these skills only gain more MP to cast and more damage% as you level them up.
Why I thought maxing Cosmic is better than Falling Star is simply due to how often you will end up using the two skills.
Cosmic will be used from level 60 all the way to 250 when grinding since it pulls the mobs into one spot for you to finish off.
Falling Star will be used maybe once or twice during third job. It deals abysmal damage, and immobilizes your character while doing so.
