False Empress Bannings?
About 30 minutes ago, I got into Empress with a BaM and Bishop on my Kaiser (Horcast). About 5 minutes after, I d/ced when Empress spawn the advanced knights and thought it was just my computer lagging terribly. So I figured that I could soloing V2's on my Phantom (Grimamoire) and to my dismay, I d/ced yet again when she spawned the minions (but this time about 15 minutes after I got in). I try logging back in and received the message, "You have been permanently blocked from the game." Yes, [url=http://imgur.com/ev37eHY.jpg]permanently.[/url]
I did not have any programs other than MSN, Skype, xpadder (allows you to use game controllers), and Steam running.
At the time, there was a GM (TonyraSCA) inside chamber. When I was running on my Kaiser, only I d/ced while the BaM and Bishop remained.
Has any other Empressers encountered this issue? If not, I'd like to give you guys a word of caution.

@tenseiga: It sounds like it's an "everything" ban. A bunch of other people got falsely banned at LHC and whatnot. I received the ban after going on my Phantom, not my Kaiser.
@calebheads: Just sent a ticket, along with evidence that the GM was in chamber. If anything, Nexon should consult the GM and verify with him that I was not hacking.
I'm really sorry to hear this, Steph. I hope you get your account back. Did you by any chance send a ticket yet?
maybe they banning all kaisers? i heard a lot of kaisers were banned
slightly off topic: does being banned on the ms forums count as not having a clean account history (i already lost that with a false ban but anyway better to know)
@Ryukara: It's not an empress banning, it's an EVERYTHING banning. GM is probably doesn't know what kaiser skills looks like and thought you were hacking, that's my guess.
This is how it plays in my mind of what a GM is thinking:
"Woa, a transformed Kaiser doing teleports, that's a ban. Wait, what? So much dmg number so fast and it stacks to the top of the screen, def. hacks, perma-ban."
@13e4n3r She never hacked.. Horcast was one of the first Kaisers to reach level 200 in Scania.
maybe you hacked the kaiser to high level to do empress and they've been monitoring you :O
or maybe some of the people in your party were hackers.
if it was a lag related glitch you'd only get a gm police dc and still be able to log in afterwards.
Send a ticket in anyways. Just make sure to mention something about buying nx when you get your account back. It helps if you've bought lots of nx before on your account as well. More money spent=more customer service
my other accoutn had same message, yesterday it d/ced then now the same message appeared, all you can do now is submit ticket...cuz nexon is stupid o.O

I don't have hacked/duped gear, nor do I have Lucky Guy Medal.
they just banning anyone who is a attacker, so mostly everyone LOL. i went on my dit for fun and dc/d just when entering and bam ,BANNED perm when i had nothing on.

I'd edit the screenshot so your username doesn't show, but that sucks. I would say log a ticket but after my experience with their ticketing system I don't think it's even worth it.

I think there's a glitch. One of my friend's was also permanently banned. The GM's need a kick in the but.
