Scania PvP Discussion
Due to [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2332598/1]the original thread[/url] being closed, I have decided to make a new thread for all Scanian PvPers to talk on. I will add more things to this post when I get the time.
In addition to the new threat list I will be making, I was thinking about making an achievements section. I'm not sure if I will 100% implement it or not but we'll see.

Sadly, the new PvP isn't gonna be same as the old PvP. In case you guys aren't aware if those differences, I'll list them below.

2. There are different rooms depending on your level. Levels 70-119 will be placed together and 120-200 will be placed together. It's pretty much similiar to the level divisions in old PvP.
3. Potentials work.
4. Players with high win rates are marked with stars.
5. If someone kills you, they will be marked with a red target. (If you kill them after you revive, you get a REVENGE kill or something I think.)
6. Upon dying, it shows the avatar of the person who killed you.
7. Players start out in a Medium difficulty range and can move up to Advanced and Superior with better win rates. (Not sure what this means, copy-pasted from Nexon)
8. You get exp from killing people and get more the longer you stay in. If you are in a room with a harder difficulty, you get an 1.5x or 2x EXP bonus.
9. Your battle gauge increases the longer you stay in the room fighting but decreases if you don't do anything.
10. You can now view your stats window.
11. You can directly buy PvP equips with emblems, rather then using the emblems and recipes to craft them.
12. The point system is removed. Instead, you will have a kill/death count.
13. The safe zones have been removed. Instead, you will spawn at a random point with a few seconds of invincibility.
14. Most maps from old PvP have been removed. As far as I know, there is only one map now.
15. FFA, Team Battle, Ice Knight, and CTF modes have been removed. [/quote]

yeah i know funded players get tired from it as well because i spoke with some of them back when people wanted to get the titles and free emblems.
I've long stopped PvPing since the emblem-a-day quest ended. It serves no purpose now.

You have NO idea. I'll be honest, I've completely given up on it. I don't play it, I don't talk about it, I don't even consider it as part of the game. It is so much more below any other element in this game on a plane of absolutely terrible garbage programming and ideas that I cannot even begin to comprehend. Save yourself the trouble and agony and just [i]don't play it[/i]. [b]EVER[/b]. I'm honestly still surprised you people are still playing it.

the only way to "enjoy" this PvP is if you are extremely funded. otherwise, enjoying facing botters, funded players, and immature people.

Yes, it is [i]that[/i] bad. There is no balance whatsoever. B.ATT is useless. Emblem botters in nearly every match. Overly funded players 1HKO everyone. DR often kills you before you kill the person with that DR. I [b]cannot[/b] stand the new PvP.

From my experience, those games are usually shortlived (unless it gets full).. I've been getting stuck with botters in my map lately..

This. There are so many obnoxious idiots in PvP now.
But occasionally, when all the stars align, you'll find a lobby that's actually enjoyable to play in. That's when I feel the pulse of the old PvP beating ever so slightly in Grand Battle.
That sad moment when you die to a player who left a stapler on the Ctrl button.

Iono. Most classes are already OP without potentials.. having potential is just a plus for them. We could have a big battle royale with players like @Yohji @j1mm13valadez @Taisuke etc.
Or... we can do this through pvp baseball. The best team could be on the list

I don't think I'll be adding anyone to the new threat list since it's not as easy to determine who's good anymore. We could do something where if you want to make the list you gotta show that you can be good without the use of potentials. But even that doesn't solve all of the problems.. Any ideas?
