The reading format is left to right, top to bottom.
Most of you guys won't get what's going on because this is based on the Black Wings RP. In essence, it's my character (Sephi) vs. Evan & Mir. The main point of this comic is to convey that what we see as "right" and "wrong" isn't the same for what another person may think. Chief Tatamo may see that the donation that Sephi gives him (panel 1) as a good thing, but Evan & Mir may see Sephi's donation a tactic for malicious intentions (due to her affiliation with the Black Wings) as a bad thing. I find it interesting how people's perspectives on what's "right" and "wrong" can differ.
Since this is my first comic ever, feel free to give me any constructive criticism.

the editing that was placed into this was amazing. you made good use of using a variety of panel styles to keep the attention of the reader. the colors that were chosen does not trouble the reader as well. however the main flaw that i see is that most people will have a difficult time trying to find out what happened if they did not read the background info that you provided. ideally, a person reading the comic would have a fair idea of what is going on in the scene/panel just with the provided info that is there, such as their facial expressions, text, etc, without having to know the background information. it would be a good idea to have made something of a prelude/intro or other scenes that leads to this scene. adding the title of the comic somewhere at the top would also be nice to do.
off topic but how did you find the android ear things in bannedstory (if that is what you used)? i couldnt seem to find it when i tinker with bannedstory in my spare time.
I just realized, the flame around Evan in the final slide, is one of the Fp's hyper .. Fp skills so good
So am I one of the only two who liked it?
Anyway, I think it was great! However, perhaps if you elaborated on the story a bit and made it less confusing it would be much better. I understood it, but it took me about 5 times of reading it.
So...
There's a black wings chick
And she apparently smells
Chick has a flashback and tries to run away
But Mir attacks her
Something about mutant human-dragons
Evan wonders if they can trust her
But Mir has trust issues and keeps attacking
A really pixelated panel says that the chick doesn't talk much
But Mir thinks that if they bring her to "justice"
She will talk more
Evan undergoes spontaneous combustion and collapses
Chick is actually a philosopher
