By definition, one receives the medal "The Next Legend" by reaching level 200 on at least one character. This video tells the story of Horcast, an ordinary Mapler, who aspires to receive that title by competing in the GMS Level 200 Kaiser Race. And with sheer determination and support from many, Horcast achieves his goal, finishing as the 2nd Kaiser of Scania and 6th Kaiser overall after approximately 16 hours. His tale is not to be forgotten; it is a reminder of what it means to be "chasing your dreams."

Actually, no. It's technically "The Next Legend", which translates to "Level 200" if you're familiar with the in-game medal. The clips aren't actually useless. They show my previous characters, which only 3/4 of them ever got to 200, and my friends who have also made it to that level.
