It happens often for me too, sometimes it has a cooldown, and somtimes it just skips it.

I presume that feature was supposed to work only inside bosses where you have lives (root abyss, magnus, etc) but somehow it applies everywhere
I hope they don't implement CD on bosses with lives because people tend to die there pretty often and heal is utter useless

its a glitch. at first i thought it only happened in root abyss but i found out later that it doesnt have a cd anywhere

sounds like glitch to me. CHeck the skill does it still say it has cd?

I know that. One person died on the left size of czak, and I revived him. Shortly after around 30 seconds later another person died on the right side and I was able to Res him without waiting the 10 minutes

EDIT: And I checked that the box wasn't grayed out afterwards since it's in my quick slot...
