why do i get a message about exceeding the limit when i try to buy a high price item? I thought the mesos cap was raised to 10b though?

It's 2 different messages.
One message is: "The buyer does not posses enough money to trade anymore." (this is the message you get when the owner can't get more than max mesos.)
The second message people are getting when they try to buy Nebullites is: "It has exceed the limit that system allows."
You have to collat it w/ max mesos + items and buy it back after. But this discourages a LOT of buyers from even bothering. Q.Q

Can anyone tell me why people said 2.147 b was the max that could be processed, but now it's 10b? I know that the change in exp curve allowed levels passed 200, but what about mesos?

The seller would probably have over max mesos if the transaction would be complete. So no one can buy the item.
