I thought when you log off you lose the skills and I you scrolled it yourself? What luck!
Another added bonus of the "Elfginner" job is the fact that they have unlimited MP (excluding the use of hyper skills), and they start at level 1 with maxed [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/MapleStory-Mercedes-3-Skills.html#Stunning-Strikes]Stunning Strikes[/url] (a 3rd job attack skill) on your regular attack key
This job works similar to how a Beginner-class would; STR as the main stat and a 1.2x weapon multiplier.
So, why scroll the Level 0 weapon? It is the only dualbow that is available to Beginners.
Don't bother trying to make this class anymore though, it's patched, along with the DSginners and all the other Legend Beginner classes.

I don't understand how you got the angel ray look.
You're a full STR Mercedes with the Tutorial Mercedes's Skills (Angel Ray looking skill is Stunning Strikes IIRC, and Glide Blast is Glide Blast).
