How much does the lvl 80 and 95 cost? And how do you find them? I cant find any at all.

NLC and Malaysia are always excluded from events. Don't ask me why, but they are. So... you will never see a surfboard at MP3.
Beyond that, if you read the event notes you will see that you need to kill monsters within 10 level of your character to have a chance at a surfboard drop. BTW... I'm going from memory here. You should read the event notes yourself before you spend hours trying to get one.
They drop randomly. If u are looking for the 95 ones, a lot of monsters well over lvl 95 drop them. Just look up ur codex and see if that helps.
