How do i get a decent weapon?
U don't. Firstly, 500k is not gonna get u a decent weapon, an average weapon like empress staff can cost u 10 mil+ and the best staves will cost over 1 bil. Not to mention, u need to be like lvl 150+ to equip most end game staves. U should worry about this more when u get to mid 170's. For now, buy a reverse staff for 1 mil. Don't have 1 mil? Just loot some monster drops and u will be there pretty quickly.

What party quests to do?
At lvl 114, u should do Romeo and Juliet party quest up until lvl 120. Then, around lvl 140, the party quest u should do is Dimensional Invasion until 200 (do note that u can also enter with a party of 1 but I recommend that since ur pretty unfunded not to do this solo, get a small party for this PQ, it's all bout killing monsters).

Where to train?
Evolution Lab (accessed through the dimensional mirror, first u need to do the prequests, check ur lightbulb notifier) is ur friend. U can do this all the way until 200. Train in link 3, every 30 seconds, all the mobs congregate in the middle allowing u to mass kill them with BB + Genesis. Use the following cores to enhance ur experience (u will need to purchase them every run and they can cost a hefty amount too): x* monster HP (make sure u can still one hit the monsters in link 3), 30% more Monster Spawn (or higher if u find a core in evo lab), and either 10% drop or monster lvl +3/5.

How can I start bossing(helping people boss cuz im healer)
If ur range is 10k+, u can actually solo zakum. Just watch out for his 1/1 attack, seal, and pillar attacks and u will be fine.
If u want to help only, use angel's ray, it heals u and ur party members (make sure to watch out, some bosses cast damage reflect and that will kill u if ur attacking the boss then). U should also cast fountain in the event that ur unable to support or if ur somehow cut off from the party. If u decide to use the good old heal skill, watch out for zombify status, otherwise, u could kill ur entire party. If u do see a boss casting zombify or most other statuses, use dispel, it will remove a lot of annoying status effects.

Etc.
What do u want?
Let's see..

1) How do I get a decent weapon?
-You won't need a decent weapon for a little bit, as your damage isn't increased as much 'til low-middle 100's. However, once you reach 100 you can do Evolution Lab to get some Dragon Wands/Staves and a Necro Wand/Staff.
2) What party quests to do?
-You'll be fine just doing Romeo and Juliet's Party Quest for a long time. And you'll be loved there. The experience is great 'til around level 130.
3) Where to train?
-See answer to #2.
4) How can I start bossing?
-Well if you're going just support, when you're a bishop and fully raised your skills, you can advertise yourself in various ways (Maybe even on Basilmarket) and help with that. You could also just raise money and get equips so you could boss by yourself.
Thanks Bro
